The Swedish NVC Experience — Introduction

You only live once. You therefore want to deliberately develop yourself, how you are, who you are. Not just leave it to chance. In this workshop, you will get targeted, hands-on self-development. It’s hard work, but over time it will make a difference in your life, in how you perceive the world, and in your inner well-being.

I’m calling this the Swedish NVC Experience because my years in the international NVC community have shown me that there are vast differences in how NVC gets made sense of in different communities. The Swedish NVC community has a reputation for being loud, and maintaining close ties with the adult development, Teal, and Integral movement. I aim to honor this lineage.

When: Thursday 21 May 2026, 18:00–20:00 Where: Kiezkiosk Open Tiny e.V., next to Treptower Straße 84, 12059 Berlin (Harzer Kiez, Neukölln) Language: Negotiated on the day — most likely English or German, but Spanish or Swedish are possible depending on who’s there. Cost: Free. I’m offering this as part of my CNVC certification journey, for which I need feedback. Group size: Maximum 12 participants.
