Conflict resolution
I help colleagues, teams, couples, families and friends find sustainable ways of relating. I draw on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and insights from adult development.
My main tool is mediation. Mediation can take different shapes depending on the situation. Broadly, it is about helping two parties or groups have a constructive conversation.
It is often possible to get further than we think.
Conflict resolution requires us to approach the hardest, most painful and most confusing aspects of a given situation with care. It is hard work, but it is what makes the outcome last.
My job during a mediation is to make sure we have a calm and safe environment, a slowed-down pace, and solid support.

Coaching
How do we develop as individuals? In ways that last.
We might try New Year's resolutions. But soon enough we can be back in old patterns.
Sustainable change does not come from individuals being told, or telling themselves, what to do. It comes when we take ourselves through a process where we carefully look at every aspect that needs to be there for a decision to be genuinely grounded.
Coaching is one way to support individuals through that. By going through the process, we increase the chances of coming out the other side fundamentally changed.
