About me

My passion is to motivate and engage people and groups towards shared goals.

I live in Berlin, work online, and travel for assignments.

Outside of work I enjoy continually growing, playing football and chess, and finding ways to contribute to development and sustainability in the world.

Expertise

I hold a master's in sociology and have more than 10 years of experience with Nonviolent Communication (NVC). NVC is a powerful process for creating an interpersonal culture of openness, honesty and mutual respect. Beyond NVC, I draw on a range of theories and practices, including Teal, integral, IMGD, FIRO, and insights from the field of adult development.

I speak Swedish (native), English (C2), Spanish (C1), German (C1) and French (B1).
