2. Data collected and purposes

a) Server logs

When you visit this website, the hosting provider Codeberg e.V. (Berlin, Germany) automatically stores data in server log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, user agent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Retention: per Codeberg's policy. Codeberg's privacy notice: codeberg.org/Codeberg/org/PrivacyPolicy.

b) Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email, message) is forwarded to my email address via Formspree, Inc. (USA). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your request) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through submission). Transfer to the USA is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 GDPR. Formspree's privacy notice: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

c) Reminder list (MailerLite)

If you opt in to session reminders, your email address (and name, if given) is stored by MailerLite (operated by UAB “MailerLite”, Vilnius, Lithuania, EU) to send you a reminder before each session. Sign-up uses double opt-in: you confirm your address before any reminder is sent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Data is hosted in the EU. MailerLite's privacy notice: mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

d) Event registration (Tally)

If you register for a session, the data you enter (name, email, optional note) is stored by Tally (operated by Tally BV, Ghent, Belgium, EU) so I can organise that session and manage the participant list. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through registration). Data is hosted in the EU and is deleted after the course series ends. Tally's privacy notice: tally.so/help/privacy-policy.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, web analytics, or tracking technologies.

4. External links

This website contains links to external sites (e.g. Facebook, Google Maps). These are user-initiated — your browser only contacts the third party when you click the link. The respective privacy policies of those sites apply once you do.
