Malmö NVC Community meet-up #5: Saying no — or yes

Malmö NVC Community is a forum for anyone who wants to learn more about Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Our practice meet-ups are aimed at people who may have taken a course (or several), or learned on their own, and who want to keep their skills alive and develop them.

Each time there is a theme and a few prepared exercises, but also openness to adapt what we do based on what comes up. Others are welcome to contribute by leading meet-ups, and we also plan to invite trainers from elsewhere.
