Malmö NVC Community meet-up #7: Transform your typically hard situations

Some social situations are harder to handle than others. We can talk about them as much as we like, but if we don’t expose our body to a new experience in those situations, “talking about” won’t change them.

So come to this role-play workshop where you take on the role of yourself, practise hard situations at a manageable level, and transform them.

The workshop opens with theory and instructions. Then we practise in smaller groups using role-play.

Prerequisites: none. But the more familiar you already are with Nonviolent Communication (NVC), the more you’ll get out of the workshop. Read a bit more about NVC at Föreningen Nonviolent Communication i Sverige.

Cost: voluntary donation on site.
