Malmö NVC Community meet-up #6: Reconcile with yourself and others

How do we repair things when we’ve made a mess? How do we stop beating ourselves up? And how do we say sorry without it costing our dignity?

Come to this workshop and you’ll hopefully get some useful answers. The workshop is led by me, Ricardo Guillén, and starts with theory followed by some exercises. It draws on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and takes place at STPLN in Malmö. Sign up by clicking “Going” on this Facebook event.
