Malmö NVC Community #24 – Empathy walk

We combine empathy with moving our bodies and, hopefully, enjoying the evening sun! 🌞
We start out from STPLN. The meet-up opens with some ice-breakers. Then we move as a group through the beautiful surroundings of Västra Hamnen. All while exchanging empathy, two by two. If the weather is really good we finish with a swim 😊
Malmö NVC Community is a series of meet-ups for those who want to practise Nonviolent Communication (NVC). It’s also a great chance to network and meet like-minded people.
