This is a three-day intensive training in mediation and conflict resolution. The course is aimed at therapists, coaches, facilitators, Scrum Masters, lawyers, HR consultants, social workers and others who want to develop their capacity to support parties with conflicting interests or in conflict.

During the course you get practical skills training in mediation, empathic listening, steering and facilitating conversations, etc. The course is given in English.
