How does mediation in crime and schools differ from the usual ways we adults support young people? In this conversation with Gabriel Stille we talk about using NVC in crime and in schools.

My intention is to share how it works, and to talk about what happens when we can look at young people with genuine curiosity and a deep respect for their perspective.
